Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Requests made after this period are considered cancellations.

Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

No Shows: Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

Method of Payment: Payment is collected via secure checkout (Stripe or Kajabi). Prices are listed in AUD.
